2. Dispatch & Fulfillment
Factory & Dispatch Facility: All orders are professionally processed and dispatched from our facility located at 1208 Delphi Pl, London, ON N5Y 5B6, Canada.

We are a Canadian manufacturer, not a third-party reseller. All goods are crafted and shipped directly from our London, Ontario plant.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours following payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

3. Delivery Timetables
Our logistics network is designed for efficiency and transparency:

Estimated Delivery: 5–8 working days from the date of dispatch.

Scope: This timeframe includes carrier pickup, international air transit, and final mile delivery to your doorstep.

Customs: We operate with a commitment to smooth cross-border trade, ensuring all necessary export documentation is accurately provided to facilitate swift customs clearance.

4. End-to-End Tracking

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

Resolution Guarantee: If a shipment is officially declared lost or remains undelivered beyond a reasonable period, we guarantee a full replacement or a total refund issued via the original payment method.

7.Import Duties & VAT

Total Price Guarantee: For our European customers, all orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The price you see at checkout is final. Desknestbox handles all import VAT and customs clearance fees. No additional payment will be requested by the courier upon delivery
