We maintain a professional and transparent logistics framework to ensure reliable delivery to our customers in Europe.
Dispatch Origin: Orders are All orders are processed and dispatched directly from our manufacturing facility in London, Ontario, Canada.
Shipping Partners: We exclusively utilise premium carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, ensuring every shipment is fully tracked.
Transit Times: Estimated delivery to Europe is 5–8 working days from the date of dispatch.

3. Transfer of Risk
